The
College is managed by a
Governing Body which is
constituted as per the rules
stated in the Orissa Education
(Establishment, Recognition and
Management of Private Colleges)
Rules 1969 and further
amendments to it. The Governing
Body is empowered to see the
proper maintenance of the
college as per Government rules.
The Collector of the district or
his nominee (ADM /
Sub-Collector) acts as the
President and the Principal as
the Principal cum Secretary of
the Governing Body. Beside the
President and Principal cum
Secretary there can be
12(Twelve) members in the body.
The Governing Body of the
Private Aided Colleges have been
dissolved by the Government of
Orissa since dt.10.06.2004. |
