1)
Students seeking admission to the College are required to apply in
the prescribed Application Form.
Forms can be had from the
College Office on payment of
Rs.60/- at the College counter.
2)
Application forms properly filled in should be submitted in the
College office within the
notified time with the following
documents:-
a)
Attested copy of mark sheet of the last qualifying examination.
b)
Attested copy of the SLC/CLC
c)
Self-addressed Index & Intimation letters (provided with the
Application form) with necessary
postage stamp duly affixed.
d)
Money receipt issued by the College against payment of the cost of
the application form.
e)
Attested copy of N.C.C / N.S.S / Sports or other certificates (for
claiming weightage ).
f)
Attested copy of the Caste certificate / relevant certificate for
SC/ ST / Physically Handicapped
etc. candidates.
g)
Attested copy of the Board Certificate (BSE/ CBSE) etc.
h)
One passport size photograph affixed in the Application form.
3)
Application without the necessary documents and incomplete
applications will be rejected.
4)
Selection for admission shall be made by the Admission Committee of
the College.
5)
In selection candidate’s merit, character and conduct shall be
taken into consideration.
6)
Selection and admission cannot be claimed as matters of right. In
all matters relating to
admission the decision of the
Principal shall be final and
binding.
7)
Intimation regarding selection and admission will be sent to the
applicant by post provided
necessary postage stamp has been
affixed to the intimation card.
The selection list shall also be
published on the College Notice
Board. The college shall not be
held responsible for non-receipt
of or delay in receipt of
intimation letter.
8)
All correspondence regarding admission should be made to the
Principal by designation and not
by name.
9)
The following documents are to be produced at the time of admission
along with the necessary fees.
a)
Mark sheet in Original
b)
SLC/ CLC in original.
c)
Two pass port size photographs
duly signed by the candidate and
attested.
d)
Caste Certificate in original
(for SC/ ST candidates)
e)
Medical certificate for
Handicapped candidates.
f)
Intimation letter, sent by the
College.
g)
HSC / Provisional certificate in
original.
10)
Last date for admission into +3
1st year classes is 4
(four) weeks, 6 (six) weeks in
case of +2 1st year
after the date of publication of
the result of the preceding
qualifying examination or the
reopening of the college after
the Summer vacation whichever is
later. However, a candidate may
be admitted within 02 weeks from
the last date of admission with
a late fine prescribed by the
CHSE/University.
11)
A candidate passing the
Supplementary/ Instant
Examination may be admitted
within 02 weeks after
publication of his/her result.
He may be admitted one week
thereafter with a late fine as
prescribed by the CHSE/
University.
12)
Admission to the Second and
Third year courses shall be
completed within 04 weeks of the
reopening of the College. One
can be admitted within a further
period of 02 weeks on payment of
a late fee as prescribed by the
CHSE/ University.
